Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry Recipe

| Ingredients: 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil 8 Scallions Chopped 6 Green Peppers (cored and seeded) Cut into thin strips 6 Red Peppers (cored and seeded) Cut into thin strips 6 c Broccoli florets (fresh or frozen) 6 c Mushrooms Sliced 2 c Teriyaki sauce (choose your favorite) 2 5oz can sliced Water Chestnuts Drain liquid 12 Garlic cloves minced 1 Hereford Cubed Beef with Broth 6lb can Drain Broth and break up cubes

Directions: Drain the broth from the Hereford Cubed Beef and break the cubes into smaller pieces or shreds. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok, add all of the vegetables, beef pieces and the teriyaki sauce, toss to coat and stir fry over medium heat for a few minutes until heated through. Serve over cooked rice.
