Poached Eggs Au Gratin Recipe

| Ingredients: 1 12 oz. Can Hereford Corned Beef Chopped - 340g. 8 Packaged Frozen Waffles(4 Split English Muffins can be substituted) Toasted 8 Eggs Poached 1 c Swiss Cheese Grated (250 ml) Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions: Arrange the HEREFORD Corned Beef evenly over toasted waffles on baking sheet. Place a poached egg on each. Distribute about 2 tbsps. (30 mL) cheese over each waffle. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Broil in oven until cheese is melted. Garnish plates as desired.
