Ingredients:

1 Hereford Corned Beef Hash (15ozs)
4 Eggs
4 Cheese Slices

Directions:

Spread the Corned Beef Hash in a shallow ovenproof dish. Make 4 indentations in the hash with the back of a spoon and break an egg into each of the 4 indentations. Place a slice of cheese over each egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 400F for 8 to 10 minutes or until the eggs are just set. Serve immediately. (4 servings)
