Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c Broccoli (fresh or frozen)
1 c Snow Peas
1/2 c Teriyaki Sauce Choose your favorite
1 Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy 12oz can
5 oz Water Chestnuts (5oz can) Drained

Directions:

Combine Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy, Broccoli and Teriyaki sauce in a wok or skillet and saute on high for 3 minutes. Add snow peas and water chestnuts and saute for a further 2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to desired tenderness. Serve over rice. (4 servings)
