Ingredients:

5 c Potatoes Large Diced
1 c Onions Chopped
2 c Carrots Chopped
1 sq Beef Bouillon Cube Dissolve in boiling water
1 pinch Ground Pepper
1 Hereford Roast Beef with Gravy

Directions:

Saute the onions in a little butter or olive oil until soft. Add all of the other ingredients in a saucepan, add 3 cups water, bring to a boil and simmer for 35 minutes. Serve hot with warm crusty bread. Delicious with Pickled Beets! (4 servings)
