BBQ Beef Sandwiches for a Group Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Hereford Cubed Beef with Broth
6lb can Drain broth and break up cubes
4 c BBQ sauce (use your favorite)
43 Hamburger buns

Directions:

Drain the broth from the Hereford Cubed Beef and use a fork to break up the beef cubes into shreds. Place the shredded beef cubes into a large skillet, add the BBQ sauce and heat gently, stirring, until the mixture is heated through. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns. (43 servings)
